Warranty Claims
We honour our obligations under Australian consumer law and will be happy to provide you with an exchange or refund if an item has a significant problem. Items found to be faulty will be repaired, replaced or refunded the original value of the item..
To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase is required, and we reserve the right to assess the condition and age of any returned item/s before offering an exchange, repair or refund.
When returning an item, please include/ensure:
- Proof of purchase (receipt, tax invoice or packing slip)
- All original packaging and all labels
- The product is in its original condition and has not been washed or used

Returns & Refunds
At Bambi, we want you to be able to shop with us with complete confidence. To help you make the most of your experience, we offer a clear and transparent return and refund policy. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund any bedding products unless you have a valid claim of law. For this reason, we encourage you to select items carefully before making a purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
